I always look forward to class with Sifu Matthew. There is always a new challenge to wrap your head around or build into your muscle memory. For those who have never tried Wing Tsun before, you will learn great fundamentals for self defence that will develop your confidence and control over how your own body works and moves. For those more experienced there is an ever evolving advancement of your training that comes from Sifu Matthew’s depth of experience. Even when you go into class feeling tired you come out feeling energised and refreshed.

The classes are made up of a very friendly and open group of people, and all feel welcome.
